Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by Client

If you wish to cancel any booked security service, you must notify us in writing at info.tes2009@gmail.com as early as possible.

Cancellation charges depend on notice period and service type.

Important: Any non-recoverable costs already paid to third parties (e.g., equipment rentals, permits, travel, accommodation) are non-refundable and will be deducted from any eligible refund.

2. Rescheduling / Postponement Policy

If you need to reschedule:

• Requests must be made in writing at least 7 days before the scheduled service date
• Rescheduling is subject to availability of officers and resources
• Additional charges may apply based on location, duration, and risk profile
• Advance payments may be adjusted to the new date with approval

3. Cancellation by Tiger Eye Security

In rare cases, if we must cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., officer unavailability, natural disasters, government restrictions), we will:

• Offer a full refund of any amount paid (excluding third-party costs), or
• Reschedule the service at no extra cost (subject to availability)

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.

4. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including:

• Natural disasters
• Government actions or security restrictions
• Epidemics or public emergencies
• Riots, strikes, or civil unrest

In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or partially refund where feasible.

5. Refund Process

If a refund is approved:

• It will be processed within 10–14 business days
• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed
